“Growing Up Chrisley” Star Savannah Chrisley Slams Southwest Airlines for Kicking Her Off Flight

Savannah Chrisley, a reality TV star from “Growing Up Chrisley,” took to her Instagram Story to criticize Southwest Airlines for allegedly kicking her off her flight back home to Tennessee.

The 25-year-old claimed that a flight attendant did not let her board because she refused to check her carry-on bag. She flipped her selfie-style video to zoom in on the flight attendant who was allegedly involved in the incident. Chrisley shared that the flight attendant reportedly called her “an unruly passenger” and refused to let her take her carry-on bag on the flight. She claimed the pilot intervened and offered to find space for her purse in the cabin.

According to star Savannah, the situation escalated after she informed the flight attendant that she needed to get home to her 10-year-old niece, Chloe. The flight attendant allegedly replied, “I don’t care.” Chrisley admitted to getting angry and telling the flight attendant that she hoped he would find a better purpose in his life. She also claimed that she told the pilot that he did not need to be an “a-hole today,” which allegedly led to her being kicked off the flight.

Southwest Airlines has provided a different account of the incident. In a statement to Fox News Digital, the airline claimed that Chrisley arrived at the gate late in the boarding process and repeatedly insulted their employee after being asked to gate-check her bag. As a result, she was denied boarding on her original flight but was booked on a later flight on the same day.

Chrisley’s final update was at 1:42 in the morning, where she took a picture of herself with her head in her hands and wrote, “Southwest… YOU WON.” Throughout the flight, Chrisley kept herself occupied by doing a Q&A and allowed her followers to share their “crappy airline stories.” Unfortunately, although she was pleased to have an entire row to herself during her stopover in Baltimore, she could not get a direct flight home to Tennessee.

It remains unclear who is telling the truth about the incident, but Chrisley had a frustrating experience with Southwest Airlines. Her Instagram Story has sparked a debate among her fans and airline customers, with some saying that she was wrong for not complying with the airline’s policies and others saying that the airline’s staff should have been more accommodating.
