Last Friday, a severe car accident involving French actor and comedian Pierre Palmade took place in Seine-et-Marne, France, leaving five people injured, with three of them in critical condition.

The accident happened on February 10, 2023, at around 7 p.m. on the RD372 in the Villiers-en-Bière town in Seine-et-Marne, near Dammarie-les-Lys. The circumstances of the collision are yet to be determined.

According to reports, Palmade’s car collided head-on with another car, a Renault Mégane, traveling on the opposite lane. Moments later, the vehicles were hit by a third car driven by an elderly man.

The Renault was carrying a pregnant woman in her thirties, her six-year-old son, her brother-in-law in his forties, and the vehicle driver. The woman, who was seven months pregnant, sadly suffered a miscarriage due to the trauma caused by the crash. She was airlifted to Beaujon hospital in Clichy, while the child was taken to Necker Hospital.

Palmade was also taken to the hospital, where he was initially listed as being in critical condition. However, the latest reports state that he is out of danger. The driver of the third car was transported to the South Ile-de-France hospital in Melun.

Two men who were in Palmade’s car were seen fleeing the scene as soon as the accident occurred. Their identities have not been uncovered.
