“I’m having a lot of fun performing and have never felt healthier,” he wrote in the caption. Malone attributed his healthier lifestyle to becoming a new dad in May 2022 and wanting to be around his daughter for a long time.

“I guess dad life kicked in, and I decided to kick soda and start eating better,” he said. Malone also revealed his plans to quit smoking and drinking, though he joked that he considers himself a patient.
