Pete Davidson Could Face Criminal Charges and Legal Repercussions After Beverly Hills Car Crash

Pete Davidson’s recent car accident in Beverly Hills is turning out to be more than just a close call. Sources have reported that the actor and comedian could potentially be facing criminal charges in relation to the incident.

Pete Davidson May Face Criminal Charges

According to law enforcement officials, the Beverly Hills Police Department has completed its investigation and passed the case to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office for further review.

Despite initial reports that drugs and alcohol were not factors in the accident, Davidson’s speed may have contributed.

The comedian was driving at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his Mercedes, careened through a residential lawn, and crashed into the side of a house. Thankfully, no one was injured in the crash.

Although he was not cited at the accident scene, Davidson is now under scrutiny from the authorities.

He could likely face a reckless driving charge, at the very least. It should be noted that the case has been passed on to the District Attorney, who typically handles felony cases but can also handle misdemeanor charges in Beverly Hills.

While Davidson escaped serious injury in the accident, he may not be so lucky regarding the legal repercussions. As the case continues to unfold, we will keep you updated on any further developments.
