Mother of Nick and Aaron Carter Arrested for Battery in Remote Control Dispute
Nick and Aaron Carter‘s mother was arrested after allegedly engaging in a physical altercation with her husband over the remote control of their television.
According to sources, Jane Schneck was drinking with a family member on Friday night when the incident occurred.
Her husband couldn’t sleep because of the loud music on TV, and he confronted Jane about it. The argument turned physical when Jane grabbed her husband’s wrist after he started recording the altercation on his phone.
He called the police, and they arrested Jane for battery after watching the footage. The incident happened at Jane’s home in Florida, and she was booked into custody early Saturday morning.
She later posted a $100 bond and was released on Saturday evening. Fortunately, her husband was not injured and did not need medical attention.
It’s not the first time the Carter family has had trouble with the law. Aaron Carter was arrested in 2017 for DUI and drug possession, and Nick was arrested for a DUI in 2014.
The Carter brothers have also had a public feud in recent years, with Aaron accusing Nick of domestic violence and Nick filing a restraining order against Aaron.
It’s unclear what will happen next in this latest incident involving their mother, but it’s certainly not the type of news the family wants to make headlines for.
