The Bravo star revealed to E! News on May 4 that the lease for the restaurant will expire soon, and they will officially close the doors on July 5.

Lisa cited the reason for this closure as the landlords’ increase in rent to a whopping $1 million per year. She said, “After successfully running 37+ establishments for many years, this type of rent is untenable.”

The restaurateur expressed her gratitude towards the staff and patrons who had supported her throughout the past ten years, “Thank you for the past decade of support; we have loved our staff, our patrons, and our time together.”

Pump opened in 2014, becoming a celebrity hotspot for Bravoholics like Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, and Jennifer Lawrence. Both The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules featured the restaurant many times.

Although Lisa will be closing Pump, the 62-year-old restaurateur reportedly has new business ventures on the horizon. TMZ reported that she will be opening two new restaurants at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. Lisa already has one restaurant at the resort called Vanderpump à Paris.

The restaurant TomTom, co-owned by Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz, is also on the same block, a few doors down from Pump. Fans of the reality TV personality can catch her on Vanderpump Rules, which airs every Wednesday at 9 p.m. on Bravo.

The news of Pump’s closure will undoubtedly sadden Lisa’s loyal followers, but they can look forward to the new ventures she has in store for them.
