There was much speculation whether the singer of “Nice for What” would leave his long-standing Hidden Hills compound, where he once possessed three properties.

However, after just over a year of ownership, the founder of OVO is looking to sell the enormous estate for $88 million.

The vast 19-acre property comprises several acres of mountainous terrain, a tiered hillside, and around 25,000 square feet of living space on a flat land parcel.

The main house, built in Tuscan style in 2001, features ten bedrooms, 22 bathrooms, and three en-suite bedrooms specially dedicated to staff.

The abode has high ceilings and ample space for entertaining throughout the premises. One can enjoy sweeping views of the city skyline, ocean, and mountain ranges from almost any point of the property.

In addition, the house has a lift, two living rooms, one of which presently functions as a screening room, a study, a formal dining room, a long Tuscan-style kitchen with two islands, a gym, a game room, a wine cellar, and a sprawling main suite with walk-in closets.

The outdoor space of the estate is equally impressive. A motor court leading to the front door and an 11-car garage sits in front of the house, while the colossal backyard has two vast, well-manicured lawns.

The outdoor area is like a resort, featuring a blue mosaic-tiled pool, a pool house with an outdoor kitchen, and a full-size tennis court.

Guess co-founder Armand Marciano built the palatial property originally, and Williams purchased it from him in 2015. Branden and Rayni Williams of The Beverly Hills Estates and Marc Bretter of Maywood Property Group jointly hold the listing.
